Can't wait for the chants of aaron ramsey we want you to stay at Norwich.
He wants to play at the World Cup so I doubt he'd take a management only role if it were offered

    Player manager anyone?

I'd actually forgotten he hadn't retired and could in theory play again!

Ridiculous suggestion. When is Ramsey likely to play?

A combination of the warm Norfolk sun, and Bullards beer (do they still have that?) Yeah, you're probably right.

Anyone remember when the club were looking for a new manager after Steve Morison was fired, 2022 if my memory serves me well. A few on here were shouted down when they mentioned Scott Parker who had just been released by Bournemouth. Not doing too bad now at Burnley is he?

Now that we are going down there might be a few more realistic options. Steve Evans, Ian Holloway, Paul Ince, Steve Cotterill, Lee Johnson. Is Mad dog Allen still around?

Ramsey qualifies by our tried and tested method of passing by the door at the time. I wouldn't mind though; someone new to build again. If we get someone who "knows" League 1 and is successful then we'll have a lower league manager the year after who might struggle in the championship (eg. Paul Warne, Michael Duff). Getting ahead of myself I know, especially since we're going to storm the next two games.

Ramsey has had one day with the players, he can't make any changes. We did cross the ball more today.

WBA have sacked Mowbray. We should go and get him.

You would hope that they would be sensible and go for someone like Michael Duff, if limiting their choices to manager's currently available.

But you can never really tell now with this club on what they will do.

I honestly yearned for the boring tranquility of a Russell Slade like appointment after Bulut got the sack - but they chanced it yet again on an unproven coaching assistant, so what's to say they don't go and do that again?

Tony Mowbray has been out of a job for 50 minutes.

I can't see Ramsey getting offered a playing contract elsewhere, so he'll probably stay on as a player/coach.

In terms of our next manager, Des Buckingham might be a shout. Young, highly-rated, knows how to get out of League 1.

Personally I'd like Nathan Jones, but I doubt that'll happen, especially if Charlton go up.

Two possibilities and Mowbray, who would get the best out of our players?

It's starting to look like Ramsey fancies it.

Well he'll need to sort his clobber out if I have to look at him on the touchline next season, He looked like he was taking his parents for Sunday lunch at a reasonably priced carvery.

Think it goes back to someone experienced now, before being sacked for his assistant or youth coach.

Steve Evans is who they will go for.

Think it almost certainly won't be someone you actually want.
