Season ends today. Plenty of teams will have already got plans in place for next season.

They say play off sides are at a disadvantage as they are weeks behind others.

Meanwhile the utter idiots who run our club have already put in process part 1 of their feck up with the announcement of a period of review.

We are back in the lower leagues with major surgery needed to a squad that we will lose players and there are also players we desperately need to move on and we need at least half a dozen players in and youngsters who need to be assessed to see if they can play a part next season.

But we have no managerial set up whatsoever and it seems we are weeks away from appointing one.

Whoever is put in charge and I'm really hoping they ignore the Trust will be playing catch up.

    We need an appointment quickly.

I do hope they review properly the problems at the club, rather than rush into appointing someone.

The trouble is with us you just the know the thorough review will result in them deciding the problem was just Riza and that they kept him for too long.

We will then appoint someone with the same problems probably into July.

See what happens I suppose, I'm not confident we won't just feel the same way but in league 1.

Third season in a row we've finished not knowing who's the manager going forward.

It took a week to ditch Lamouchi and another couple of weeks to appoint Bulut, then it took a month to decide to keep Bulut. How long before we have a manager for next season?
