Joke system. Had to download an app to get a ticket, give them endless personal data, then they locked me out of my account before my ticket became available.
I just want to buy a ticket to watch a football game. Im no Luddite but I detest this bullshit
It's worse when you walk up to a bar, "sorry, Sir. You need to order by an app". "It's easier", takes as little as 5 minutes to order a beer
Sounds like you were unlucky, the Wales app in my experience is very very good
