Labour to raise council tax?

I should imagine that Labour councils will again raise council tax, and I imagine Tory, Lib Dem and SNP ones will too.

It will be genuinely interesting to see what Reform propose in the councils they now run

They’ll most likely lower them. That would be the obvious move.
