Who at the club decides who to keep and who to let go? Its the manager isn't it.
Can someone send a link of the EFL website to Dalman and Choo, as they're the ones steering this (sinking) ship at the moment.

Of the 24 Championship clubs 24/25, 23 have their retained list published on the EFL website. Which club is missing ?
These lists are of course a valuable source for clubs/managers for identifying a new player or two, and this time of year managers and clubs are busy trying to sort out deals as well as deciding who to keep or move on..

West Brom, Swansea, Norwich, Watford and Hull all made their retained lists public at a time when they had a caretaker in charge or were in the process of changing their manager I believe, so it’s hard to see a justification for our decision to keep our’s secret when it’s already been sent to the EFL.
I watched a podcast last night in which Wales Online’s Glen Williams was interviewed. He said other journalists see City as paranoid when he tells them what he has to go through to get information from them.
It was supposed to be submitted by mid May I believe to stay within the rules. For the last two years, our retained list has been filed with the league in time to meet the rules and then it was made public around the second week in June I think. Maybe the EFL have agreed not to release our retained list until the club confirms it, but that seems unlikely to me.
