    Fully deserved win, but today’s stage was crazy. Del Toro and Carapaz just gave up!

    Crazy stage today and one of the greatest single rides to win a Grand Tour ever. Adam Yates' interview was great- towing the team narrative but secretly you knew he wanted to say how pleased he was for his brother.

    Was a belter, there's something uniquely tactical about cycling these days and inevitably that results in complete tactical cock-ups like UAE today.

    Aswell as being the strongest rider, tactically he's spot on, knowing where to position himself and knowing exactly when to attack. Great to watch.

    All 4 stages have had something. Another belting start to the tour - even if we all think we know who is going to win (mishaps aside)!!

    Good team supporting him too. Hopefully Vingegaard can at least make it a good contest this year.
