Tans been investing in the youth system a fair bit over the years , and I'm sure people are the club will have been telling him how good they are - so maybe he's thinking well let's see how good they actually are.

A weird thought- if we did go straight back up, with a really young side. packed with players from our academy - will people start to say we're a well run club? and other clubs would want to copy us?

    that would be. hilarious really

I think that we can safely say that there is zero chance of that happening.

If we did yea, also some value on a few of those. Would be too funny, unlikely, but also funny

I love that video of him saying he’d like another crack at the PL but this time stay there for at least 10 years, was that about 2 years ago after we avoided relegation by default?

But we stayed up. We had stayed up with 2 games to go. Who cares what happens after that? I don't like the relegation by default bit, we didn't need more points and we knew it.

Do you genuinely believe we'd have got any more points from the last two games if we did need them?

By that time we had aquired 49 points and needed just one more. That was not out of the question

I don’t believe that for a second. I think we were massively lucky to stay up on a technicality and then the inevitable happened eventually.

I tend to believe BBM when he says we'll definitely be bringing in a few quality players. He knows we'll be on a hiding to nothing with this current squad as it stands, and it wouldn't be good for his reputation as a manager at the beginning of his career.

Yes, I think they'd have beaten Huddersfield at home if they needed to

Sabri gave them the day off after they beat Rotherham, who cared?

Teams below us were playing each other, it was impossible for us to get caught

Many fans are desperate for him to sell and expect him to do so whatever the offer and for him to to accept the loss as being what he deserves.
I wonder if these are the same fans that are expressing frustration that he is not spending even more money on players?
I wonder if these are the same fans who held him personally responsible for every poor signing yet want him to sign more?

I don't. But we'll never know either way.
