Once views are settled about someone's playing ability it is quite difficult to shift. Like you, including the goal, I thought Chambers was good tonight.

Because he hasn't always been that way it's like, in some peoples' eyes, he starts that way from kick off. Like Willock, or in an extreme example Turnbull where for someone there is nothing he can do to change a constricted view!

Perhaps when giving the team ratings posters should have their own handicap system. So for instance Chambers starts with (+1 or 2) as bias compensation and Colwill Snr, for instance gets a (-1 or 2).

Or you could just watch the game without pre-loaded baggage!

This unfortunately for Eli, done for the season. Injured in training on Sunday.

I thought he did well. I love the way he carried the ball out of defence at pace.

Great to see another clean sheet, particularly with the penalty save.
Confidence has to be growing and managed well things could be looking positive.

I can’t help but think, that it will all cave in like a deck of cards…but that’s following City for you.

    Text from my wife earlier…

“Is it better winning in a lower league then losing in a higher one?”

    “This is a cup game.
    But to answer your question.
It’s nice not to feel like we are shit every week 😆”

Yes I thought he played well too. If we are signing Osho it will be interesting to see who partners him in defence, it looks like being Lawlor

I used to enjoy watching Danny Gabbidon doing that.

I paid $260 to subscribe, and I could even listen to today's game. Add to that every game but one before today has been on Paramount +.

I was impressed with Mafico - in his normal position - and also quite impressed with Nyakuhwa. 1st senior start and played whole 90 minutes.

Anyone notice Turner go straight to his water bottle when the pen was given? Checking which way the striker was going.
