Is the kit trying to hint that a takeover is imminent 😆

Who at the club manages the kit selection and design??? because the last few have been awful! they should be sacked! why not listen to the fans and sell more by letting us have an input. I think the guy who designs then must be a jack!

Terrible, but bright, and Lawlor will find it easier to find Kellyman and Willock out high and wide, as long as we are winning.

'The fans' do not all think alike, and when it comes to kit designs and colours there is a wide range of opinions - even on here.

I like the grey kits of recent years, and I like the current away kit. I don't like the orange one.

There would be near 100% support for a blue home kit, but then it depends on whether that is plain blue (with white trim, white shorts and blue socks) as the purists like, or something with more going on.

There are also strong opinions on favourite kits from the past - both colour and design. I liked the Joma kits and especially the FA Cup black away kit. But personal taste stays personal.

With all the major kit manufacturers the clubs are working with a range of templates - and unless they switch to smaller manufacturers who are able and willing to do bespoke designs (as some do in lower leagues) the options are limited.

It might make sense to have an annual supporter poll in advance of working up the following year kit that asks fans for key colour preferences for away and third kits, and maybe some options on trims? Voting on completed design options is likely to be more difficult and would need to happen in (?) the spring for the following season.

I'm more irritated by the badge than third kits I don't like!

It's a decent looking shirt, but why that colour? Maybe we should wear it when we play Newport next month!

Orange, pale green, grey, light blue, pink - we've had all sorts of colours lately. Maybe we should stick to one colour for our 2nd kit (yellow would be popular I imagine), then mix it up a bit for the 3rd one?

    Do I not like orange!

It's really not that bad. Not an amazing kit, but hardly a dreadful one.

That's a bit harsh calling someone a jack

    Absolutely horrendous

    Where’s the puke emoji gone?

Let’s make a kit no-one will buy! FFS, a simple poll would tell you. Yellow or Black/Yellow will be the popular vote.

    It’s perfect.

You should always go off the wall on a third kit.

I don't understand the white badge with the white bird. It looks cheap and it's wrong. I quite like orange. Orange with blue shorts and white socks would be nice. Bluebirds also have a little orange on their breasts. But why we're playing in basically a Newport County kit, who knows?

    Re: Cardiff City Third Kit

I'd guess a lot of the random colour kits are targeted at younger fans, as I would assume they're the most likely to buy(/ask for and be bought) the away/3rd kits. So what is unpopular on here may be a lot more popular with them.

Just make 10,000 shirts with the yellow and white stripe down one side...easy money for the club

I think you over estimate how many people care about that era that would buy shirts

Think you're underestimating how popular retro shirts or retro looking shirts are at the moment. They are all the rage. The retail department however clearly dont know their arse from their elbows so they clearly aren't bright enough to realise this and cash in.

We made a range of retro shirts.
