Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Dominating possession played some nice stuff but could be 2 down.

Robinson has been really poor so far. Terrible Touch and well off the pace of the game.

We are getting lots of the ball but not creating enough

80% and 1 shot on target

Disappointing that Alnwick couldn’t find another club during the summer. Bit of waste all round really.

    Kellyman subbed for Perrett.

Hope it's nothing serious and just precautionary. Took a nasty tackle earlier.

He didn’t seem to be in any bother…

I wonder if he started as part of the starting eleven criteria and he was gonna get 30 minutes in this game anyway.

Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

    It's like a pre-season game.

Think id rather Isaak centre forward.

Maybe they're easing him back in after a very bad injury last season. Seemed to have quality though.

Lawlor down injured now. Hes played well dont know what BBM was thinking resting him Saturday and playing him in this.

Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

    Pretty but pointless
    Not creating openings

Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

I hope BBM has a plan for the 2nd half. Apart from possession i don't know what the plan was

Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

    Powder puff performance so far.

Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

If there's one slight criticism this season it's at times a lack of cutting edge going forward.

Feels silly to say given we have already won 4 nil and 3 nil twice but in other matches we have struggled to create much.

A shame as often good possession but just can't quite get a shot away.

Just what I was thinking. BBM says he’s a striker, so give him a go there.

Think we are really missing Rubin in the middle to create for us.

Isaak is doing well but it's not coming off. I'd like to see him through the middle second half.

Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Just switched on, due to a combination of poor memory and poor time management.
Judging from all the comments it looks like I've missed a classic!

It'll be a lot different now, here we go

Re: EXETER CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Isaak was lively. But hes been subbed. I presume that was pre-planned as I think he'd be a much bigger threat through the middle.

    Lawlor off for Fish.

Would’ve liked to see him centre forward for a few minutes…

Something going on here with the officials…
Hopefully no nonsense from the crowd.
