The Royal Family have always known about Andrew's visits to the various homes of Epstein and Maxwell's home in London too. They have always known about where he was when he maintained that he was in Woking - as UK Police and/or State protection services not only accompany him but also do a lot of security work in advance of appointments, including vetting of any individuals concerned.
The consequence is that the reputation of Andrew and the Royal Family have taken preference over any attempt to expose paedophilia and sex trafficking suffered by the victims concerned.
It's just another extension of privelege bestowed on those born in the right bed.
