I agree, although I also think it's credit to how good the youngsters were at the start of the season that the expectations are so high.

There is inconsistency, both with individual players and the team in general, but we're on the right side of that inconsistency (i.e., we're winning far more games than we're losing).

The one thing I do think is a hindrance is BBM's insistence on working with a small squad. I understand his reasoning, but with the volume of games we have I do think he's asking too much of certain players and they're far more likely to have off days more regularly (e.g., Rubin and Bagan). On the flip side of that, the players who do come in and out of the team seem to be more effective; Ashford, for instance, was excellent last night after dropping to the bench for the last few games.
