I've seen us there a couple of times. I once went to an Orient v Forest FA Cup game. I don't know why I chose that one. When I lived in London I would usually go to a local game when I couldn't get to a City game.
Think we played them early season once…..it was boiling!
New ground for me. Looking forward to a day out in London. Train booked and should be on for first dibs when tickets go on sale.
Went to LO once. I think we drew. The next day I went to see the egg in Wembley when Wales beat England 32-31.
Been to less than a dozen away games, but one was away to LO in the late 80's. If we'd won we would have qualified for a Wembley appearance. I went up on my own as it was Ł5 return by train. Had to tag along with a large group of city fans as Chelsea were waiting at Paddington. It was fun getting across London and back. Anyway, we lost and never got to see the old Wembley.
trains via Bristol and bath avoiding swindon on that day. it's 3 hours each way.
