Stand by lads
It looks very much like a return to the early 70's is on the cards.
I refer to the suggestion that the impending energy crisis, will necessitate reducing the national speed limit from 70 mph, down to 50mph..
I well remember having to stick to 50mph on the M4 all the way to London.
That was fun...
