As a manager who didnt get a pre-season with this squad of players its been ideal and it hasnt gone unnoticed how sharp we are looking since the return. We have certainly hit the ground running.
Harris looks like he demands a lot from the lads without being a total disciplinarian. The players seem to have bought into it, no petulance when getting subbed, no murmurings of discontent from those not starting.
The only negative hes had has been Peltier having a pop at him, but that's football when your not part of the new managers plans.
