When are you going to realise that voting for whatever party is giving you just an illusion of choice these days.

I feel some pity for the gifted and talented club. Whilst the majority of the population get on with their lives carefree of political consideration, another significant minority think that voting for a political party in a democratic society could make a change to their circumstances.

Only that very small cadre of visionaries realise that all this is futile. The burden must be incredible and exhausting as you contemplate the decline of human existence.

You all have my respect for carrying that whilst we huddle around our bar-b-ques

I think these polls are over cooking support for Labour. Reform will do well, especially in Wales. I also predict the independent parties/candidates are in for a good election. My prediction; Labour 35% Reform 27% Conservatives 20% Lib Dems 10% Other 8%

Being as the current support for reform appears to be 15 to 17 percent , which some argue is over egging it , a 27 % poll rating is one hell of a jump

My view is the labour vote will be about 42 , Tories will pick up to about 24 and reform will poll about 13

I hope they poll next to nothing but that's because I don't like them , it's not based on any scientific nonsense

Giving Labour 42 , 43 , 42

A 22 point lead over the conservatives which if replicated on election day will give labour a big majority and the Tories a near wipeout

It's quite incredible really because I thought starmer was awful again in the last debate with Sunak

The sooner he and rayner are out of the way the better , both shocking

Labour know this is folk looking for change .

If Labour hadn't picked Corbyn they'd may have well won that Election.

One thing to consider if it is a huge majority, that will bring the self destruction lefties in , as there are not enough lite Tories or centralists , and then the in fighting begins as Starmer has to chose on matters like Gaza, War in Ukraine, Migration , Trump , borrowing , higher taxes to pay for thier promises. Oh and the costly Green agenda .

Crikey, I was expecting a really insubstantial reposte but that told me!

Just to explore the original point. It must weigh on you and your ilk heavily the clarity of your foresight of impending doom. Here you are, you and your wife cosetted by six figure salaries knowing that the global elite are soon to snatch them away.

My question is, have you forewarned your kids or are you lying to them each time they ask, "Am I going to prosper, Daddy"?
