I didn't really think you were teleporting around the UK.

But even with the declarations covered by TV there were a lot of candidates who didn't turn up and were not shown on a platform behind the returning officer. Not just Gorgeous George. So your claim that 'I watched the whole thing and all the candidates were at their respective polling stations for the result announcements' is not true.

Anyway, tell us more about Mumsnet.
It is of course likely that all the candidates actually exist but that not all of them were at the count, despite unbelievable assertions of someone who watched the whole thing and saw that all the candidates were there.

I guess this would include the AI enhanced and pnumonia suffering Mark Matlock mentioned in the original article who, by his own admission, missed the count due to illness.

seems to be more speculation than hard facts at this point, but if true, wouldn't this amount to electoral fraud?

what would they have done if one of these non people had won their seat?
speculation - Wow how exciting, someone making stuff up :hehe:

          Ahh... Just the reform candidates.

So you were only watching the declarations at 609 constituencies, not the full 650.

Well, if it is 'creepy' to call out your total bullshit I am prepared to fight Tuerto for the title. :hehe:

Comforting to know the source of this misinformation in the article that the guardian excitedly pushed is a "woke socialist and brexit hating scouse Italian NHS doctor"

No reason to think she may be partisan!

Of course Mark Matlock was at his count. Wales-Bales saw him on his own TV. And then told us.

It's just creepy to point out that he wasn't - and he has said he wasn't.

Anyone would think you are suggesting Wales-Bales is a bullshitter. A bullshitter in a hole and still digging! :hehe:

Are you saying that the source for the The Guardian article was not the Byline Times article on 3rd July but some random poster on X a few days later? I have read the article and elements were pretty informative and help square the circle on this stuff.

Reform admits they had quite a few "paper" candidates who were put on the ballot with no intention of running a local campaign other than to harvest votes. This may explain the Gibraltarian and other candidates that physically exist but were "phantoms" as far as any electoral or campaign process was concerned. Pretty tawdry stuff but no conspiracy as the twitterati might run with.

What are the misinformation bits though?

I'm holding fire until Mumsnet pronounces but fair to say the source documents are not looking good for him on this one!

Moving of the goalposts alert: They have now magically transformed from being phantom candidates into real people!

Farage always said he had a list of candidates ready to deploy, and that's what happened when it became clear the Tory voters were being steered towards Labour.

                        Irony alert!

Apart from the Rjk in the original post describing the byline times piece as 'speculation', no one in this thread has given any support to the idea that some Reform candidates do not exist.

Cyril has suggested that some of them did not campaign, did not attend their counts, and were represented by AI generated images on their election leaflets.

Hard to disagree with any of that - given all the evidence (some of it from the Reform candidates themselves).

You on the other hand have been moving goalposts full time since your original stupid claim in support of the dedication, integrity and declaration attendance of your Reform boys.

I thought you had emptied the bullshit mine when you were fawning over Trump, but you have found a new Farage seam.

                        Painful!

How could they campaign? They announced just weeks before the election, and being a new party they had no existing infrastructure, no boots on the ground, no campaigners, no leaflets, etc. What they did get is invaluable data at the constituency level if they are still around in a few years time.

Did you hear about the creepy fella who spent 6 years telling anybody who would listen that Russia collusion was a real thing, then all of a sudden started acting as though it had never happened and never ever mentioned it again! Rinse & Repeat ad nauseum.
