some numbers starting to come through on the impact of the speed reduction from 30-20 mph.
interesting about the costs as well.

6 fewer deaths in the first 3 months of 2024.
that is well ahead of the estimates of around 10 fewer deaths per year.

if that trend continues then surely it's worth it?

20 families every year not having their lives destroyed?

Probably less space to drive due to all the lanes taken away for empty cycle paths and less journeys made because people would be quicker to walk.

It's all made up everyone knows that.
