Why would anyone admire that, let alone the 'all' that you claim.

If true it is a part of her personality and it is important and interesting part of her - but not something to admire for its own sake. You could have made the same claim about Adolph Hitler, but probably not George Washington ('I cannot tell a lie' is invented).

In five years (or less) Labour will win a second term and she'll resign, then the tories will go through the whole selection process again.

You just seem to be more dense than normal in this particular conversation, so I thought a clearer hypothetical example would help you to understand. Someone being honest is not necessarily a cause for admiration if what they say is not admirable. That is all.
