To dissect, if Tulsi Gabbard is taken at face value, freakily in charge of US National Security in Trump's circus tent, Obama and his cohorts need to be tried for treason.

I guess we have to wait until all Trump's levers of executive and legal power will produce a scintilla of evidence beyond this Epstein distraction to charge a soul.
