It's "anti woke" if you like. In that it asks difficult questions. Way more balanced than it's left wing detractors (who never watch it) think.

Below Times Radio and the BBC for me but if you want to understand this country then GB news is far far better than the guardian, Express, Novara media etc.

The more people watch it the more we realize how much information is withheld from us in recent years too. Shines a really important light.

I'm reading today it's overtaken the BBC every day last month, 1st time this has happened,

For the massive this isn't an endorsement, however if I ever watch any news on TV it's usually GB News and occasionally SKY news. Doris often has BBC news on so I do sometimes have to listen for a laugh, they still cover sport better than ITV IMO.

Says something about the intelligence and integrity of the average political participant these days then.

If I must get a right-wing news source, I'll look at the Spectator or Telegraph. If you're going to be morally bankrupt, at least have a brain between your ears.

I’m not sure if I’m more surprised that the miniscule number of the population who watch news channels - generally the grey vote - get their news from gbnews, or whether I’m more surprised that you champion it.

I’m sat here gobsmacked.

I personally watch bbc news occasionally, probably because it’s incredibly left wing. I have tried listening to talk radio and watching gbnews to get a more rounded view and listen to other opinions but there’s always such a blatant agenda ala the mail that I just find it incredible that intelligent people don’t see it.

I would never suggest anyone only watch GB News, I would however absolutely suggest watching it as part of a "varied diet". The people who criticise it most, in my experience, either don't watch it (and so cannot know) or only read and watch things they personally agree with.

My policy always has been that the truth, such as it exists as a singular truth anyway, lies somewhere between the Mail and the Guardian. You need to read both.
