Wishing death on people is not a good thing to have in your mind

I presume you don’t have kids or don’t know the story.

I don’t agree with the death sentence, 1) because of the risk of killing someone innocent and 2) because it’s the easy way out.

Given that 1) isn’t right in this case, and neither is 2) if he was terrorised, this is justice

I agree. Hanging in chains for the rest of his life with his b*****s cut off would have been preferable.

Public flogging would be good, then up on a cross for a few weeks followed by hung, drawn and quartered. The brutal old days eh

Arming the prisoners? It's an interesting proposal, I'll give you that. There is just the one ****ing massive flaw in it that I can see.

As far as I'm concerned he got what he deserved. He knew what he was doing, he knew what it was and he just did it anyway. To children,

One a rapist and the other a murderer, both serving well over 20 years it seems. He owed a dealer £900 apparently.

One a rapist and kidnapper who dragged a woman off the street and held her captive, raping her repeatedly. As I said in my intitial post, hope Watkins had a slow and painful death but lets not make a hero out of someone equally depraved.

Seen people raising a glass to the killers and even one person suggesting a Go Fund me page. The mind boggles.

I’m surprised by the number of people here saying his death was deserved and hoping his death was slow and painful. Personally, I would rather he had spent the rest of his days behind bars and castrated.

Supposing one of your kids committed these types of crimes - would you want to them subjected to a slow and painful death?

Whatever you think about this guy - he presumably had family.

I find it hard to comprehend my kids doing something as vile as his crimes, but if they did then my life and family would be over, that’s for sure.

His crimes are beyond prison and he’s got what he deserved, and I’m pleased it’s for a drug debt as he will have been fearing it

its a win / win isnt it, a completely evil man getting killed ( hopefully a painful death ) and a rapist and murderer both getting extra tariff

whats not to like about it

I'm going to be quite blunt...
' People ' like Watkins should just be injected, and cremated.
They adapt to prison life, and continue to be a drain on decent society.
The less ***** in this world, the better.
