I think it sometimes takes a few days and presumably comes from the police force.

Irrespective it's a tragedy. Three kids without a mum.

There was no Minnesota State Police presence. These were Federal ICE agents who departed the scene soon after. ICE protocol is to wear bodycam but apparently there are resource issues so we will see.

After an initial joint review the Minnesota state authorities have been frozen out of the investigation and presumably the ability to effect a state prosecution. This is now in the hands of the FBI after direction from the DOJ. Obviously in the (unlikely) event of a prosecution, Federal crimes are pardonable by the guy who has already pronounced innocence.

People can't be surprised that a government agency who have all the characteristics of a paramilitary force and appear to act with complete impunity don't resemble the complete cuunt who has given them the opportunity to start firing bullets?
