That is not what JD Vance said. I’m sure I saw a clip where he said ICE can do what they want and have total immunity from prosecution. Or at least that was the short version!

The FBI - after taking the investigation away from the state police and other agencies - has clarified the nature of the case on its social media feeds.

Yesterday the victim was a woman with 3 bullet holes in her face. Now the victim is a 10 year member of a federal agency who dropped his phone whilst shooting the previous victim in the face!

All explained by the JD Vance and Karoline Leavitt double act who owe something to Josef Goebbels but probably more to Comical Ali.

          Zing.
It just seems odd how the people who usually see faces in clouds have gone into 'only asking fence-sitting questions' mode when most are seeing an armed masked militia with Presidential approval to shoot people in the streets.

To be fair though, preventing this exact situation happening was often given as the reason for the 2nd Amendment, but those people seem perfectly fine with everything too.

I've seen what happened. I don't think it's good. There is also a high probability that no action will be taken against ICE employee. None of this is in my or your control, so stop trying to score points when there are no points to be scored.

You are talking about the guy who lost money betting on Biden winning the last election mind, the US is not his strong suit

My advice would be to have a Plan B that can be executed quickly. You can thank me later

Interesting. So your solution to not knowing how US law works is to have a Plan B? Any thoughts on what should be in this Plan B? Does the Plan B involve not getting shot in the face by ICE goons? If that is right itv sounds like a better be than Plan A!

That's decent advice and funnily enough a bit of a mantra for me.

Hope Plan B works out better than Plan A has in this thread?

I'm not sure WB asking some questions is quite the crime some of you are making out.

                        Any legal case against the shooter that should follow (it's a huge issue is there is no investigation) will ask these questions;

The state of mind of the shooter
Did he have PTS? Should have have been working? Did he genuinely fear for his life? Why did the driver drive towards them? Why did someone shout drive? What were they doing on the day before the event? Why didn't he aim for tyres? Etc etc etc

All of these questions will be asked. It doesn't detract from the tragedy or what proved to be a grotesque overreaction to what she was doing.

Wales Bales is having a chuckle with others as am I with him a bit. I'm sure WB isn't losing sleep with anyone's thoughts on here and nor should he be. It's a laugh with a little bit of opinion.

                          No drama Jimbo.

As for the investigation into Renee Nicole Good death I thought it's already been established she was a card carrying leftie terrorist who drove at government agents?

All good questions. The President and Vice President were publicly declaring their answers before her body was cold though. It seems odd that this doesn't seem to bother some people, especially when they occasionally tend towards a more paranoid view.

The bit about the shooter maybe suffering from PTSD after evading a previous attempted attack by a car is an interesting proposition.

However, that begs the question (as the episode has unambiguously been proven by video from behind the car) why did he draw his gun from his holster when the car was emphatically in reverse ? (the reverse lights were on at the moment he withdrew his gun).

Presumably he's bright enough to understand the car is not making an attempt to ram him if it's going in the opposite direction?
