Carney’s going to be facing a General Election in a few months time, if Canada think the fact he’s an unelected leader of a party is such a bad thing then he’ll lose, despite Trump’s best efforts to win it for him.

Agree with that. By October I believe.

I do think on principle it's absolutely wrong for him not to be an elected MP though

there are reports close on 7,000 troops are trapped in the Kursk region ( allegedly)

reports claiming the Russians got behind them using redundant gas pipes and tunnels

if all this is true lets hope they give themselves up and all this conflict can stop ASAP

What's ridiculous Jon is your TDS, along with Eric, TOBW, Dorcus and many others on here, you can have your Gotcha moment , but frankly, i don't care, I've said many time i wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire, but on this issue I'll be pleased for him. I'm sure those trapped in a very precarious situation are desperate for him to pull it off as will their mothers, fathers and children, we have had this wank stain of a PM and his party mooting boots on the ground and conscription for our children to be sent to the meat grinder Until Trump won the election, there was little or no talk of peace in fact i dont think that anyone can now (except those with TDS) deny that Johnson was sent to scupper a peace deal,
how sick is that, the UK, EU and NATO have acted appallingly Russia phobic since the equally appalling invasion and the loss of life on both sides and its been clear to everyone that the majority, not all of the war mongers, are either Radical left socialists and democrats as evidenced on here. We had 3 years or more of Russian collusion and which was proven to be just fabricated crap, we had the 51 intelligence experts lying, again exposed as crap, now in this thread i see he will do whatever Putin tells him to do, how pathetic, I'd like to see him taken down for his beautiful vaccine (this is a real story) but the constant made up bought and paid for stories which one x one have been exposed to what they are and the radicals jump on every time, at least you all have a new hate figure in MUSK to vent on for the next four years. I wouldn't buy a Tesla either but nether would i damage someone else's or damage a dealership

If Trump brings about a lasting peace which does not reward Russian aggression and does not see further land grabs by Putin a few years down the road, then I’d congratulate him because he’d deserve it.

I agree with some of that - although some is rabid nonsense - but I'm most disappointed that my limp 'bordering' joke fell on stoney (Russian) ground. I put a lot of thought into that!

Not at the races yesterday (or today) 1st time I've been really, really unwell since the 1st week of covid, had a few swigs on Friday night but that was to cool down my on fire throat, along with thunder clap head ache and dizziness, apparently it also caused a punctuation problem from the grammar police but i think I'll recover from that.
