You are mostly right about that - but as you know my point is that Labour did other things in government that helped ordinary people - things that the Tories would not have done.

If you are trying to get me to give Labour a spray of perfume, you are wasting your time.

Sir Keir Starmer: The Trilateral Commission and Jeffrey Epstein
It should, therefore, be very concerning when we find that the Labour Party Leader Sir Keir Starmer is a member of an organisation that believes, we the people have too much freedom, too much democracy.

An organisation that believes the working class and the masses should be removed from any democratic process leaving the issues of democracy and government to the elite, the establishment.
Yeah, I've pointed out several times he's a member of an arch-globalist club.

Also, a former KC and Director of Public Prosecutions. With or without bagging a knighthood as well he'd be heavily odds-on to be a Freemason too. He hasn't appeared on any Bilderberg attendee lists thus far. I'll have to check sources whether he's shown his mug at Davos today.

It might explain why both the Chairman and CEO of that club are named on the Davos attendee list I linked to yesterday.

I will vote for starmer as the alternative is the Tories

Is it the least worst option ?

Yes but I will never vote for the conservatives

I would like labour and the liberals to merge and keep the Tories out for ever

You would be voting modern Labour/Conservative, there is virtually no difference, everything will be the same but for the name on the lectern when he comes out to make a speech.

You'll never live it down, you've sold out, and proper socialist policies will be killed if he gets in he has crushed Corbyn, McDonnell, McClusky, Abbott, Milne, and Long-Baily, they will be gone forever.

If he does get in, which he probably will, it will be the socialists out forever

Good old Kier is doing a better job of killing them off than the Tories

I would say Tory light, I would say Modern Labour/Conservative alternative, they are virtually the same.

I can think of a few areas where they are miles apart. Certainly further apart than 2010 and probably 2015.

He's also ignoring how far to the right the Tories have moved over the past few years with most of the sane ones kicked out by Johnson, replaced by ghouls like Gullis, Anderson, Dorries, etc.

Good Tory boys like NCB will push the "they're all the same" narrative in the hope that it'll fool folk into voting Tory, suggesting that Labour are just "Tory lite" so they may as well vote for the real thing. Sadly a few on here who are left leaning are playing his game.

Policy wise there are already discernible differences between the parties but with a GE possibly still two years away Labour wisely aren't showing their hand early. Be patient and wait until the election, then decide if Labour are only Tory lite.

We can agree to disagree, I will have a good study of the manifestos but would have been terrified at the thought of a Corbyn government, but I think I will strongly consider voting for Kier, and if not won't be too worried when he probably is prime minister!.

Drakeford worries me as much as Corbyn, Wales is doomed!

Rubbish - if you keep doing the same then you’ll keep getting the same. What's your suggestion Eric?

I'd say do whatever you need to do to get rid of the current governing party, they are treading water and ever year they are in power now is an important year wasted.
