Nothing to fear in this fixture, we really should be looking for the three points.

One of their ‘celebrity’ fans - Joseph Parsons - was invited onto Talk sport yesterday to talk about the Man City game but said how Saturday’s game is more important as, “all Cardiff fans are scum!”
This is where Google comes in handy.

    Joseph Parsons?

      Re: The Wurzels

The division is so shit, Middlesbrough first half aside I haven't seen anything great.

Burnley are quite clearly a step up from the rest of the shit but against us they were average.

I was surprised the carrot munchers were on such a decent run but it's not much to shout about this year. Bottom half in particular is just awful, the 9 that survive can be quite thankful there were 3 worse than them.

It's a more than winnable game for both teams. A home game against a team in the bottom half. If these aren't winnable or being targeted for 3 points (a point doesn't really help) then we absolutely need the 3 below us to be even shitter.

Beating Norwich 7th, Hull 11th, and drawing against Blackburn 3rd, Millwall 6th, Coventry 5th, Sunderland 10th, and beating and drawing against the lower ranking teams is very good form, and that's why they are 4th over the last six games.

We are 19th after two good wins against some lowly teams and without Robinson, this is a tough game, and we are playing them at a bad time when they are in the best form of their season.

A draw would be a good result, although of course anything can happen and generally we are on the up!

We have a decent run of games coming up and should pick up plenty of points
                Bristol Home
                Preston away
                West Brom Home
                Rotherham away
                Swansea home
                Blackpool away

Most bar Bristol are in mediocre to poor form.

Indeed they are. Only one original member though - and he's the only one from Somerset these days, I believe.

"Should"? All but one of those are above us in the table and I imagine most of our opponents would say the should be beating us

Yes, they will see us as easy points too, especially Bristol, WBA, and Swansea considering their recent record against us.

I'm hoping we are a better team now than our last 6 games show.

Just been told that the lad they brought on at the end last night, Omar Taylor-Clarke, was at our academy until he was 13. Newport boy.
