We rode our luck but the squad deserve a lot of credit there. Didn’t let our heads drop when it looked like Croatia were in cruise control. Kept plugging away and got our reward. Fantastic stuff.

Yeah I really did half expect another Netherlands style sucker punch 30 seconds after the equaliser, and it nearly happened.

Amazing result though, lucky but so what! :D

Even if we hadn’t equalised, these seem a very harsh set of marks - looks like they were written before Broadhead’s goal and he forgot he’d already allocated a “star man”.
