            thats how variable full dd works they email you a bill then tell on what date they will take the money

                not sure if they post would imagine email is the best way it tells you your readings and what you actually use thats what you pay , either way the meter sends a reading or you provide one just remember to send them one every month if the signal is crap, this will show in your online account what you using though and if the meter is sending in readings or not

                      my bill came in at the start of the week, Im £860 in credit, still on a fixed rate

                      I know I should ask them for the money back, but I am guessing when my fixed rate ends, I will be paying alot more, so this credit will soften the blow
