I used to like that train of thought as well, and I agree to a point.. but surely if you have it you don't completely lose it? He's got to want it himself. He can't want it enough.

I think we (Warnock) ruined his confidence.

The rest is up to him, a run of games and consistent game time would surely bring that back?

You have to wonder how much of it is down to him. You only get out of life what you put in and all that.

I blamed Warnock at the time. Probably loads of posts on here with me ranting about it.

But what is happening now is all his own fault. If he can't motivate himself to show his potential nobody is going to do it for him, be the victim and watch your career trickle away and fall down the leagues or get a bit about yourself and start having a go and showing people what you can do.. he either wants it or he don't, but it's not Cardiff or Warnock's fault anymore.
