    Is this true?
    Please tell me it isn’t!

      Re: Sol Bamba

Want to keep sol around but probably not the best first manager job for anyone. The job just isn't for a rookie manager at the moment.

Why does Tan continually make the same mistakes.

Hopefully sol knowing the challenges will steer him clear of this one although if this is Tan's will it will be sol or Purse or whoever else is so grateful of the job they won't pressure him too much.

        Re: Sol Bamba

Lamouchi Sol & Whitehead were all on the touch line shouting instructions to the players
We’re in the grandstand and have a clear view right in front of us
        It’s so disjointed it’s laughable
Who should the players be listening to?
It’s going to be the same again
        Bamba & Whitehead
Purse stepping up to fill in temporarily when Sol gets sacked in October
Warnock in to save us from the drop in January
The Jacks will be celebrating a treble treble ffs 🤦

          Re: Sol Bamba

We all know that there were 2 managers who were able to cope with Tan. One was Slade who probably did a better job than credited and Warnock who was able to manipulate Tan. That ended badly of course.
Neither managers could come back now, although I could just about see either as advisors to Sol Bamba, if appointed.
Ps Slade still lives in area 🤔

I hope he doesn't take it. He's already been f**ked over by us once, I would hate that to happen to him again! he deserves more than this sh*t !

              Re: Sol Bamba

There was a time not too long ago when I was just pleased that having Tan as the owner meant the club was being kept afloat. Better the devil you know and all that.

But his recent appointments and the likelihood of Sol being added to that list just shows that he's completely lost the plot. For the first time since he took over, I am now very firmly in the Tan Must Go camp.

Mark Hudson part 2 - someone you like and respect who's, basically, just being thrown under a bus. Offered the job because he's cheap. If it worked out at another club, you could praise them for a shrewd and inspired appointment, but, if it does happen with Sol. you know that, while it would be great for him, it was more down to luck than judgement with Tan and co.

Ever the bridesmaid, he must be wondering what he has to do to get offered the job :hehe:. What are we on, 4 coaches in the last 5 to be given the job, Morrison was here under Warnock right?

Because he clearly doesn't know what he's doing. And his ego won't let him admit he has made mistakes.

Another indication that Tan is committed to the Poundland route. Good luck Sol but if he's still our manager by Christmas I'll be amazed.

Cardiff City are stepping up their hunt to find a successor for Sabri Lamouchi, but have played down reports Sol Bamba has been offered the job.

                        But:

Cardiff are in dialogue with a number of potential candidates, with Bamba one of the contenders who could potentially be in the mix, with the recruitment process well under way. They are ramping up their bid to find the next manager, with time of the essence and the transfer window rapidly approaching.

Cardiff can ill-afford to start next season behind rival clubs, having narrowly escaped relegation for the second time in as many years.

                          Re: Sol Bamba

Club is a complete and utter shambles.

Tan clearly doesn't give a feck if this is true. Its clearly just the cheapest possible option.

I dont see any chance of improvement now until Tan leaves but with no sign of any interest in the club then that could be years away.

Really should have had a bet on Sol yesterday. This is just so predictable but I just hoped after Morison and Hudson they wouldn't do the same feckin stupid thing again.

Please let someone buy him out soon or we will he heading to L2.

Can’t say I like him that much, comes across as a bit stupid and with a huge ego. He won’t last long as a manager and I certainly hope it’s not here.
