Nah proper lad.

I don't understand the fuss. Not great thing to do at work but not illegal. Based on what I read nothing happened until the boy was older, any suggestion that's wrong I'm sure the police would be getting on it.

It's all about the job though, Schofield gave him a job, and they are insinuating the kid gave him one back at work, it's not great behavior in his position.
