No, I don’t think Phillip Schofield is ‘undoubtedly an establishment messenger and influencer’. I think he is (or was) a daytime TV presenter.

I also think anyone who believes Schofield is ‘an establishment messenger and influencer’ is a crackpot.

Of course cheating on your wife or your husband for a younger man or woman or whatever is naughty form but it happens every minute of every day all over the world

We are all guilty of minor indiscretions in life

The question here is did he break the law ?

If he didn't then he's going to be residing in the where are they now file and for a celebrity that's punishment enough

I believe that is called the Harvey Weinstein defence. He said everything he did was legal and consensual as well.
