I think it is 2 out of 8 wins for Hertha, but your general point stands. Union have won the last 4 in a row. I was at the derby in January, and to call it friendly is a bit of a stretch. However, as the article says, there's an edge which seems to be based on normal city rivalry rather than hatred.

It’s a friendly derby but Hertha fans can’t be happy losing the bragging rights after a century of being the dominant Berlin club, Hertha have only won 1 of their 7 meetings since Unions promotion. I drive around Berlin Autoring regularly and Union dominates the motorway graffiti (it’s a thing inGermany)
