I don’t think he’s good enough for the Championship.

He's only 22 and I've never seen him play in the SPL, so I have no idea what kind of progress he has or hasn't made during the past two seasons. Have you watched him play up in Scotland at all?

Seen enough in his few handfuls of Wales appearances to believe that there’s not enough there (quite surprised you haven’t seen the same)

He's been out of the setup for a while and players are still developing at his age.

I have friend who is a Dundee Utd fan and they were desperate to keep him at the end of last season. Suffered a bad injury that curtailed his season. He is contracted until end 2024 but obviously relegation has an impact. Hard to see how he could be signed though.

From what I have seen with Wales he has been a bit hit and miss but has to be a better bet than players like Morrell looking forward if he can get his form and fitness back.

Our midfield needs massive improvement. Hopefully we can get a couple of decent PL loans in.

Technically he is a good player, he just needs to apply himself, and next season will be an important one for him.

How do you know he doesn't apply himself if you have never seen him play in the SPL?

Because he would be playing at a higher level than he is after showing excellent potential as a youngster at Manchester United. He should now be pushing for a move to the Championship if the opportunity arises, before he get's pigeonholed as a lower league player.

Well, he could turn out to be the next Rabbi Matondo (your tip for the future), but time will tell

Scout report. Hard to decide if he could handle Championship football. Never watched him too closely but if this is any guide he sounds like a Joe Ralls-ish type of player.

There is no other pathway for him to play at a higher level. If he fails (and it's a real possibility), then at least he tried. The other option is to accept his lot as being a footballing journeyman.

How is the Welsh Xavi training on?

Still I think Levitt has the talent, compared with the rest of the options we have in the Welsh midfield to do a job for us over the next few years.
