  • The Ryder Cup

Half an hour in and the Europeans seem pretty fired up with the home crowd already vocal.

Good start in the foursomes for Europe up in two.

Early doors and plenty of drama ahead no doubt.

Up in all 4 at the moment and Rahm and Hatton should go 3 up at the 9th as the Americans just put their ball in the water.

It's all going a little too well for the Europeans.
      All BLUE.
You just know what is going to happen!

Currently up in all games, the McIlroy Fleetwood match (4th match) just gone 2 up through 11 could be key.

Currently a stroll in the park!

Only if Bulut is replaced by Slade.

I was going to say a very big swing to the Europeans in their bid to win the session 4-0 with Fleetwood holing a long putt to win a hole they were losing until then, but it looks like they’ve stuck it in the water on the next hole - even if they have though, they’ll still be one up with two to play.

First time ever that Europe has won the first four matches in the Ryder Cup, mind you America were 4-0 up in the Solheim Cup this time last week.

Great tactics to start with foursomes instead of fourballs.

Fitzpatrick has had an amazing front nine, carrying Rory McIlroy.

Up in one, down in one and tied two.

Really important top match Holland and Hatton, currently tied.

America up in three now and Europe’s six up lead cut to four in the other match.

Wow. Three footer missed in the top match!

                          Back to all square.

                          Huge roar!

Europesomehow extend their lead by winning the four balls 2 and a half to one and a half with three all square games.

America didn’t win a single game all day!
