Cedric Kipre close to signing for Ligue 1 team Stade de Reims.

It was never going to happen, but I would have loved to see Cedric back at the CCS (along with a few other ex-loanees).

Whenever a player is linked with us, why do internet websites nearly always seem to mention that Hull and Birmingham as being interested too?

It's because the three cities are joined by a straight line on a map that uses the Mercator projection. Any prospective player can simply tell the chap navigating his aircraft to start at one end and steer a steady course in order to cover all three options.

Also doe to the prevailing wind direction they can make the journey by hot air balloon if necessary
