It was time for a change but I will be very surprised if the new guy comes out with a better record.

The right decision, but surprised they've made it.
No idea who'll they replace him with.

Also surprised they made the decision . A tiny bit of luck in the Poland game (like Davis staying onside) could have made all the difference, but this feels like the right timing and it would be good to feel some optimism about Wales again.
