    Re: Fixtures

Sky are saying that each Championship team will be shown live at least 24 times. That's 24 times we won't play at 3pm on a Saturday. Assuming that 24 is 12 home and 12 away games, and assuming that our New years day and Easter Monday games arent shown live, it leaves 9 Saturdays we get an afternoon 3pm game at CCS.

You’re forgetting night games and EGG Saturday’s

We’ll be lucky to have 6 at 3.00pm on a Saturday

I can just about remember when City’s Saturday afternoon matches kicked off at 3.15 to give those who worked Saturday mornings (there was a time not that long ago when it was a five and a half day working week) a bit more time to get to the game.

Which I think is the more likely reason (between you and Bob's suggestions).
