How do you download if you haven't had email? my son hasn't had anything from club?

Did he buy the ticket or did you buy it for him? Whoever bought it needs to log on to their account on the ticketing website. From there, he can download it, or if you bought it, you can send him a link that will let him download it.

I actually bought both my sons’ and my season ticket, yet he had the e-mail, not me.
