I agree with you, for many years i'd say the club has been run by people that don't know football or have no interest in it.
No smart moves anywhere and stupid decisions all over the place..yeah it'd been worse i'll agree but in 2024 where are we going ?

I wanted him to stay.

Mainly because I value stability in an era where clubs chop and change managers far too easily.

I was naive to think he would switch things up. Calling Tanner fat and starting the equally fat Meite in front of him is ridiculous. Comparing Ashford to Arda Guler only to not use him at all is even more ridiculous.

I honestly think he thought our attacking woes would be solved by hiring a so called attacking coach.

I think he’s got to go. He’s too set in his ways and his ways are shit.

The club is obviously incredibly badly run. Turnbull can’t get into a 20 man match day squad 7 months after being signed for £2m. We signed a goalkeeper who literally can barely kick to play out from the back. There is no joined up thinking from the board, to the recruitment team to the coaching staff.

Our number one issue was goals and pace. We’ve addressed neither of those concerns. Kanga looks like an absolute donkey, we loaned Simic out and we’ve not signed anyone remotely quick. Literally everyone is culpable at Cardiff City but the quickest fix to ensure we stay up, is to get rid of the clown in the dugout. At this stage, literally anyone would be better.
