new style of play? lol.. different players playing the same bulutball might look slightly different but its the same shit different season

the main difference i saw vs sunderland was that we replaced passback-grant with a very capable willock..which is just what we were sorely missing as a squad last season.

Unfortunatley bulut is still holding tightly onto the dog lead of this team

In fairness the first fifteen-twenty minutes of the Sunderland game was quite good, we were trying to keep possession and high press. After the goal it went to pieces, and more or less back to normal.

In fairness the first fifteen-twenty minutes of the Sunderland game was quite good, we were trying to keep possession and high press. After the goal it went to pieces and I'm not sure the team looked fit enough to do it for too long?

No excuse for anyone in that line-up to be unfit at this stage, but maybe age is also a factor? After all, we don't have a young team by any stretch of the imagination.

I think age shows in midfield especially, and they are old, Robertson will help a bit with fitness and work rate hopefully.

I don't think you can question the work rate of the 3 that played Saturday, speed is the issue

No speed and tiredness as the games go on, but we've a big squad use them.

Looking forward to a fully match fit and up-to-speed El Ghazi, Robertson, Willock, Kanga, Ramsey, and possibly Reindorf that team is not complete yet, and talk of up to four more players to add.
