I know what you are saying but the improvement you point out is a basic standard of any National League side. What he then demonstrated that he is Bulut in reverse and just as negative in a different way.

For a good part of today's game we were far from shite.

At least it shows we have the players to play on the front foot and finally Colwill is getting a run as a proper 10.

Hopefully Nathan Jones doesn’t come in with his pragmatism and rip it all up.

              Onwards and upwards.
Absolutely. We can play some good and exciting football and get away from the relegation places and build something for next season. We don't need a manager who will revert to trying to grind results game after game.

You said this stuff about Morison. You're suggesting Riza will learn. You champion these caretaker managers and it always ends it tears. I mentioned the other day that it's all about risk with top appointments. No appointment is without risk but Riza is too big a one.

Re: Riza cost us 2 points today

It was the call of someone who was more focused in having a shot at the job than looking what we needed to do to win the game. In a similar position against Millwall he brought on Meite, who limited as he was, at least occupied the backline.

This time he moved Colwill from a position of influence into a role into which he is not equipped to play. Regardless of the qualities that gave us the lead his short term self focussed thinking cost us two points today because a miserable Bristol side were there for the taking in the second half!

He probably thought putting O'Dowda infront of Bagan was a good move but he seems to have lost his way badly at the moment as he was at fault for their goal. Our defence is still very slow moving up after clearing the ball and squeezing up which in turn leaves our midfield leaving gaps behind. As for Riza who knows.

Prior to the subs I was impressed with how he had us playing but to make that change on 66 minutes was idiotic

Bagan was doing fine without O Dowda.

He's done really well since coming in.

While today's subs were a disaster Bagans introduction is another positive for Riza.

To be fair there's been clear improvement in the last 2 matches, but today really showed that a) this squad is more capable than it has looked so far this season and b) we need more experience to get the best out of it and to instil better game management.

The players did well today but Riza proved that he is not management material making such stupid decisions.

Get a proper manager in please.
Absolutely did. We could and should have won.
