Re: Protest
The march organisers are being very cryptic over on the dark side. “Major development!!” And then not saying what. “Huge turnout expected, great response in numbers!” And then failing to give actual numbers.
I support the protest but currently it seems a small group of fans are trying to dictate the narrative.

Re: Protest
Firstly , everyone is perfectly entitled to express their dissatisfaction with the club, its owner and senior management by way of a protest march if they feel they are not getting satisfactory answers from them.
However, what I find strange is why the protest organisers turned down an invitation to a meeting where they could put all their complaints and points of view direct to the club in a face to face meeting. That would enable them to make sure they clearly got their views across and then report back the responses (and whether they agreed with them or not) to people ahead of the protest march.

Re: Protest
I'm not going to say too much about the people organising this protest, or their motives for it. But let's take it on face value for the sake of debate.... Sometimes it's not worth talking to an institution that repeatedly gets things wrong, constantly makes the same mistakes, acts in an inept fashion. If this protest upsets a few at the club or even causes the embarrassment, then that's enough for me. The club do what they like whether we like it or not, they can have some back then.Originally posted by Ninian1962 View PostFirstly , everyone is perfectly entitled to express their dissatisfaction with the club, its owner and senior management by way of a protest march if they feel they are not getting satisfactory answers from them.

Re: Protest
It seems like many of the protesters are still holding onto resentment from the days when the club's shirts were changed to red. Some of them walked away back then, and have now returned, but continue to hold a grudge and criticise at every opportunity.Originally posted by robjohn44 View Postwhats the protest about ? if Tan leaves cardiff are bankrupt no point protesting
There’s no denying that Tan has made some daft decisions, by not appointing an experienced manager or bringing anyone with solid football expertise onto the board. This has led to repeated mistakes.
I can't see what this protest will achieve other than frustrating Tan and potentially pushing him to react negatively, perhaps even selling the club to someone worse, someone who might not be willing to subsidise us moving forward.
