Arnold Shwarzenegger was upset when his wife didn’t get him an easter egg. When she asked him why, he replied “ I still love easter baby!!!”

Apparently, in the Spanish-dubbed version of whatever Arnie film that was (I'm not a fan) he says 'Sayonara, Baby'.

Yes thanks Tony I do. ( at least I presume we both know the same one)

Eric Morecambe said it on a chat show once. And Eddie Braben their scriptwriter mentioned it in an article he wrote after the death of Ernie Wise

It was never actually said on the show as they considered it a bit risque.
