Have the club announced it - or is it from some other source?

I’m sure Dalman would want to use up the Q3 FAB meeting slot for this, so until Paul Corkrey (or one or two of the current fan representatives) announces it, then assume there isn’t a meeting scheduled.

There definitely is a meeting called for Saturday morning. Initial invites were sent out to the Chairs of CCSC,CCST,DSA and the FAB with a request to bring just one colleague from each along with them. I believe the club Chair, CEO and Steve Borley will be in attendance ( possibly with others from the club). There may also be a meeting with media representatives to follow.
Haven`t seen an agenda yet and there may not even be one sent out in advance but it should be (and definitely needs to be ) a full and frank update from the club on the current position re takeover interest and any other major developments in the pipeline.
The meeting is not in place of a periodic FAB meeting with the club. Mehmet Dalman isn`t the club`s appointed board representative at those meetings anyway, it is Steve Borley.
I can`t speak for the other elected fans groups but the Trust board has asked our membership secretary to notify all our members of the meeting and that should go out today if it hasn`t already.

Not sure what the club can say to dispel rumours. They can't deny they're happening, they can't deny offers have been made because they have, but I doubt Garry Otto etc. would welcome Dalman publicly admitting negotiations are ongoing. And I doubt Tan would want public confirmation with the Sala case coming up in September - I think that's a definite.

All good Nat. What's said has been said. People are wiser now and can make their own minds up.

My point is that nothing good comes from anonymously taking personal pops at people whether on here or on other boards. If posters want to have personal digs at people then do it under your own name on a platform where you take responsibility for your own decisions.

Personally I couldn't care less about being personally insulted, some things that are said are quite funny. However, I find the constant digs about being a 'multi' a bit boring and desperate. So what if someone has more than on online persona? Debate should be about what is said and not about who said it.

Maybe, but the case comes up in September and I suppose anything that suggests the club's ownership has changed might influence any judgement, and interested parties may prefer that to be the case.

I'm not accusing anyone of lying. I just prefer to wait and see what things add up from different sources and all parties involved are partly dependent on what they are informed about by others and it's also understandable that some things are deliberately kept under wraps where business is concerned.

My recollection of it was a part of the outcome has been sold on but I can't remember why I went out the kitchen most days.
