Funny game that. Good to give some young players their debuts which hopefully benefits them in the future. A lot of changes probably didn’t help us to impose our game on Canada.
The inter club rivalry thing on social media is getting pathetic now. When a player wears the Welsh shirt who cares which club he plays for?

Without Moore we're totally devoid of any sort of threat. Unless Wales have their best 11 or so on the pitch we're pretty awful. Sadly, the likes of James and Brooks had no-one decent around them.

A fair result overall though.

I thought the second half was a lot better honestly. Harris tried his best, but the Canadian squad just had more quality. I think the result is fair.

Don't see the point getting overly arsed about this, it was effectively a B team up against a strong Canada team

Canada don't have any competitive games as a result of hosting the tournament so are effectively seeing friendlies the way we'd see qualifiers, hence the more physical edge tonight than you'd usually get

Nice little runout for some fringe players and youngsters. Kpakio should learn a bit from it, Kai Andrews looked alright when he came on and Joel didn't look out of place

Canada well deserving of their lead.

Ref is absolutely shocking.

If you cant give a penalty for the Kpacio challenge then your not fit to referee.

He was out of position, and from the referee’s angle it looked as though he’d got a foot on the ball. It was very early in the game, and while it’s terrible that such a mistake can happen, we were fortunate. I do agree, though the referee was poor.
