One game at Swansea, awful ground, awful atmosphere, and the unbeaten home record gone. Never give them another game, total waste.

England will be quaking at the prospect of the backlash after this one

Okay it wasn't a great watch and we made Canada look like Brazil at times but hopefully Bellars will have got out of this what he needed to, blooded a few in a friendly and demonstrated that there is little point in Wales playing anywhere else but CCS

The debriefing will be a long one!

Ampadu’s value to Wales proved as they continue to struggle without him.

First Welsh caos for Kpakio and Joel Colwill.

A very strange, and poor, choice when Earnie,
Ash, Gabs and Blakey are also working on the game.

(That said, Earnie is pretty annoying too lol)

Kpakio is nowhere near ready for international football yet. Bellers will be doing the kid more harm than good if he continues to select him. Concentrate on establishing himself with City andstart getting international experience in the under 21s. hes not some wonderkid who is so good he can skip an age group.

To be honest though with Neco Williams' switch to left back for club and country & Ben Davies looking far more at home at centre back, Kpakio is probably the natural backup at right back

Well thats as concerning as Mark Harris being back up for Kieffer. But, hey, Bellamy likes the profile of Harris. Cant hit a cows arse with a banjo but he runs around like Billy Whizz.

Kpakio had a poor game but that's going to happen, particularly when you're 18. Against a less aggressive team he may have had more time to settle in to the game but here he got off to a bad start and didn't recover.

                      It happens.

It's great for these guys to get caps but I wouldn't be against them being left to focus on city, for purely selfish reasons if nothing else.

I'd rather bring Steve Morison out of retirement.

Harris has only scored 1 solitary goal in 2025, 6 months ago, and his only other goal in the last 12 months was against Omar Rizas Cardiff

Trott saves that I think, and we sneak a draw, we have a weak squad, especially the keepers.

I also think that Kapacio and Lawler will have missed the reassurance of Trott behind as an extra option. Even when he's under pressure, he's always ready to receive the pass and help out the back four.

Kpakio has the attributes of a top player, but like all young players they have to go through the levels. He's barely into double figures regarding senior appearances, so I don''t think a reality check is such a bad thing, and those around him will know which areas of his game they need to work on. The player will also have learnt a lot about himself after last nights game, and friendlies are the place to do these sort of things.

I was going to warn you about Cornelius yesterday. Rangers have very recently signed him , looking at his previous he has some pedigree having played for Spartacus SC, Unionville, VFB Lubeck, VFR Neumuster and who could forget Javor Matis ....
Some of these renowned clubs didnt really rate him and sent him out on loan to other well known football clubs.
His career has improved a little recently which shows you do get real late developers (he is 27 now)
When Rangers signed him I did think WTFH , Martin has finally crumbled and lost his marbles completely .
Shows what I know , he looked Ok Last night , admittedly it was a poorer standard of football to the Scottish Premier ( no fishing hook smiley) and the goal was very good.

I am not a great fan of women commentators for the sake of women commentators but the Welsh ladies manager was quite brutal I thought . Very honest .

He looked like a scared kitten last night, so hopefully Bellamy will take him out of the firing line until he matures as a footballer. I've never seen anyone so unready for the step up to international football as Kpakio last night. Not his fault of course but he needs to gain much more experience before he pulls on a Welsh shirt again.
