I'm sure it was reported that a fee of £1.5M was already agreed on condition that City were promoted. I'd be pretty sure that personnal terms were either agreed or to be agreed.

Trott’s a good keeper but he’s not in Marshall’s bracket after a single season In League One. Do like him though and hope he stays.

It's not a done deal, but he knows our system and players, he doesn't have to adapt to a completely new modus operandi.

This man deserves a thread of his own, that’s what I reckon. Outstanding, fast becoming one of the City’s best ever signings. We’re top of the league because of him in my opinion.

It was mentioned in a thread a few months ago that the Copenhagen keeper who was preferred to Trott must be some goalie

I read the same. If it is true, unless there is some clause which can scupper the deal (eg Trott can refuse the personal terms offered) then he is ours at that price.

It was reported as that but Trott could demand more I guess as his ceiling has gone up, but I'm sure there'll be no problems with him signing permanently

Ditto. Brilliant goalkeeper and has been as important this season as anybody in the squad.
Hope Tan backs BB-M and he gets both.
