Agree with you. A little further South of Brixton, Herne Hill, Balham, areas around Brockwell park etc can be fun as well. Notting Hill is awful as is Kensington.

A decade of decay, that's what we're looking at. Smashing a shop window for a fecking cactus!

Notting Hill, knocking down more like

I would say the “cool” areas now are around the Hackney/Islington borders; De Beauvoir, Canonbury, the west side of Hoxton etc.

Haven’t lived in Cardiff for 14 years now, but a lot of mates live in Canton now and it’s a very nice place to visit.

If you have to sell your organs to live there, it might affect how cool it is

Was with you until Peckham. Shithole.

They COULD be talking about the average temperature in Cardiff.

Suppose it depends on how you define ‘cool’. Would Londoners consider Chelsea, Covent Garden, Hampstead, Notting Hill and Kensington as ‘cool’ neighbourhoods - or think of them as mostly affluent, exclusive and touristy?

Who needs the Kings Road when you have Cowbridge Road!
